Tanya Vidhun, Birth Doula, MassHealth Provider

Growing up, I spent time volunteering in the Labor and Delivery department of a local hospital in Los Angeles where I’m originally from. There, I developed a deep appreciation for birth and the strength of the birthing person as well as the importance of their support system. Those early experiences have inspired my own journey toward becoming a doula.
I’m now a student at Harvard College studying developmental biology and economics with the goal of pursuing medicine. Women's health has always been very important to me. At its core is the ability for each woman to have their voice heard and choices about their body and care respected. This belief has shaped my passion for maternal and reproductive health.
As a doula, my goal is to provide steady, compassionate support while helping new parents feel confident in their choices throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe that every person deserves to remain at the center of their birth story, and I’m here to support that in every way I can.
In my free time, I love taking walks or runs along the Charles, playing tennis, and finding new favorite food spots around Boston with friends.
I’m so excited to connect with you and be a part of your birth story!
