In this class, we will:

  • Discuss signs of labor & and what to expect during labor

  • Learn when to leave for the birthing place

  • Explore the importance of labor support plans

  • Introduce natural and medical comfort measures, including epidurals

  • Prepare how to communicate effectively with care providers

  • Review induction

  • Learn skills for immediate postpartum care of a birthing person and newborn

 

2hr Private Class

Virtual Cesarean

$120.00 

This class will provide expectant parents with the tools necessary to walk into the birth of their baby with confidence, and a sense of celebration. This class is for any parents planning a cesarean birth voluntarily, for a medical reason, and for those seeking more information.

In this class, we will:

  • Learn the necessary medical details of a cesarean birth

  • Share a sensory experience of what to expect

  • Explore potential emotions or concerns one may feel

  • Review the importance of labor support plans

  • Address postpartum recovery and care of birthing person and newborn
