I am a mother of five who was a doula of two of my own births. I grew up in the inner city always servicing the people in my community. I have over twenty plus years as a doula/ birth sister working at Boston Medical Center in their birth sister program. I was a certified nursing assistant and currently a Personal care assistant. I foster children through Department of Children and Families from time to time. I have attended over fifteen emergency and natural births.

What you can expect if we work together: Educate parents and prepare for labor. Provide comfort with pain-relief techniques including breathing, relaxation, massage, and laboring positions.  Guidance with postpartum bonding and breastfeeding. Emotional, physical, and educational support in order to help women have a safe memorable, and empowering birthing experience.
