Birth Doula Profile - Tamara Brown

Tamra Brown

Having a baby changes your life in all the ways one would think, but there is so much more. Going through the process of growing a baby, birthing a baby, and becoming a family is not only life altering, but also it shapes the person and family you become. The support of a doula allows for a family to more fully participate in and cherish this very special time in their life. When labor and birth is an empoulinring experience, it becomes a source of strength that can be drawn off for many years to come.

As a doula I offer both physical and emotional support. I also provide evidence-based information to assist in making informed decisions that my clients can feel confident about.
